Roosevelt County Road Maintenance Department will apply chip seal to North Avenue O after the threat of frost has passed. For the best possible seal, the overnight temperature must remain above 45 degrees for a week following application. South Roosevelt Road P will also be chip sealed after the threat of frost has passed. The Road Department had planned to finish these projects by early April, but weather conditions have not been favorable for completion.
South Roosevelt Road 6 from NM 88 East to South Roosevelt Road J will be under construction from 4-22-13 to late June, for reconstruction and re-surfacing.
