Biography

The Administration office incorporates the County Manager, Human Resources, Finance, and Special Projects/Healthcare Assistance working together in unison. The County Manager is responsible for administering and implementing Roosevelt County policy. The County Manager also assists the Board of Commissioners in development of policies and procedures, and directly supervises all County departments. The County Manager plans and schedules all commission meetings, prepares the annual operating budget, and oversees personnel administration. The County Manager represents Roosevelt County at various State, local and public meetings.

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Located on the 3rd floor of the Roosevelt County Courthouse.
