Portales, New Mexico – Probate Judge Kendall Terry and guest speaker from Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) as they present a free seminar to Roosevelt County seniors and their families about guidance on wills, estates, and related probate matters.
The seminar will be held Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Jake Lopez Building on the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds. As part of the seminar, a LREP Attorney will present a full range of topics related to Probate matters. LREP will also field questions related to power of attorney and medical power of attorney.
