The Administration office incorporates the County Manager’s office, the Accounts Payable department and the Human Resources department working together in unison.


County Manager

The County Manager is responsible for administering and implementing Roosevelt County policy.  The County Manager also assists the Commission Board in development of policies and procedures, acts as Purchasing Officer for the county, and directly supervises all county departments. The County Manager plans and schedules all commission meetings, prepares annual operating budget, and oversees personnel administration. The County Manager represents Roosevelt County at various Federal, State, City and public meetings.

The Human Resource Department is responsible for the personnel department, all employee benefits-including retirement and insurance, and all payroll.

Accounts Payable
