Roosevelt County Road Department is currently working on SRR 6 from NM 88 to SRR N. This project is a complete reconstruction, ripping up and removing the old chipseal surface and preparing the sub-grade for new chipseal. During the week of September 19 – 26, 2013 – Please be cautious in this area, and watch for road construction workers and slow moving heavy equipment.
Roosevelt County Road Department is also shredding vegetation in bar ditches and doing routine maintenance throughout the county on a continual basis.
