Information for Vendors Wishing to do Business with Roosevelt County

Roosevelt County is continually looking for qualified individuals and companies to submit bids and proposals for county projects and purchase. If you would like to be added as a qualified bidder and have access to the County’s RFP process, please complete the Vendor Application Form and submit it.

Once you are approved, you will receive your vendor log-in via e-mail, enabling you to view and download open information as it becomes available through the web site. Link to list of available RFPs.

Application Process

Once Roosevelt County receives your vendor application, it will be reviewed by our Accounts Payable Clerk, Pat Willis.  This review process should take no more than a week at the most.  You will immediately receive confirmation that the application has been submitted and that you will be receiving an approval or denial soon. 

Upon receipt of your vendor approval, you may then access the website for any available RFP’s or RFB’s that are available for your submission.  Each packet will contain information on where and when a bid or proposal must be submitted.

If you receive a denial, you may submit a new application, or you may contact Pat Willis at 575.356.4990 for clarification of the denial.
