The County Clerk's office is responsible for marriage licenses, deeds such as grantor's affidavits, occupational license, voter registration, real-estate licenses recorded for public information such as release of liens, mortages and death certificates.

The County Clerk’s Office does not have records of birth certificates. Birth Certificates can be obtained at the Clovis Health Office at 12th & Cameo streets in Clovis. Call 575.763.5583 for more information regarding birth certificates. To order a birth certificate, you must be at the offce on Wednesday morning from 8 a.m. – 10 am.
