County Clerk Filing Fees

Deeds, Mortgages, Releases, Probates, Marriage Licenses, and Military Discharges etc. are filed in the Clerk’s Office.  Copies may be obtained of documents on request with payment.  Copies charges range from .50 per page to 1.00 per page. Certification fees are l.00 per document plus the cost of copies.

We do not perform title searches and extensive personal searches for the public.  As a courtesy, make quick searches as time permits for individual documents as requested, such as marriage license, probates, or deeds.

Filing Fees are $9.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page of each document.  Charges for Multiple releases or assignments on a document are at the rate of $5.00 after the first reference.

Marriage License fee is $25.00 cash only.
