Grantor's Affidavits

Any deed purporting to convey real estate in an unincorporated area of Roosevelt County presented for recording with the Roosevelt County Clerk shall include a Grantor’s Affidavit. View available Grantor's Affidavits (PDF)

Occupational Licenses

Occupational Licenses can be issued to any county business the cost is figured by taking 1/10 of 1% of Gross Receipts-Minimum $5 Max $75.
