Death Certificates can be obtained through Santa Fe Department of Health; call toll-free 866.534.0051 or in Santa Fe, 575.827.2338. The cost is $5.00 for each certified copy

Important Note: the County Clerk's Office only has the name and year deceased for residents of the county.
