Portales, NM – The Roosevelt County Road Department has opened S. Roosevelt Rd. 4, between S. Roosevelt Rd. O and S. Roosevelt Rd. P. Work will continue on this roadway as it is enhanced to a chip sealed road from caliche as part of a Local Government Road Fund Grant. This road improvement is expected to be completed by Nov. 15, weather permitting.
